I actually drew this in July last year, but forgot about it. Digging it up again, I thought I'd might as well upload it.
The character we have here is Chiyo, an OC of HydroPopplio 's, becoming a Poipole. After seeing this in my files again makes me want to go back to doing TF pictures again.
