What about Mako though? I've always said make-oh but they're pronouncing it Mahko, or Marko (British English). This remake will take some getting used to.

I love the contrast in this one with the blue background, but the second version is just as incredible.
To elaborate: The big difference I see between the two is the atmosphere and emotional "feel" of each scene.
The posting here is an elegant night at a classy dance or fine arts performance, she's been waiting for you to join her, or perhaps you are approaching the beautiful "wall flower" to engage in conversation so she does not feel ostracized because she was invited by her sister/brother but doesn't know anyone at the event (forgive me, I know nothing of the backstory here, just going with the feeling).
The alternate is more of a wild street party atmosphere.Β A huge celebration, and she's found a quiet spot where the two of you can converse without having to shout over the crowds and music.Β Definitely a more romantic feel to it.
but that's just my overly eccentric take on both images.

I like both, but personally I like the festival one a tad better as it sets such a nice mood for what Aerith is wearing and matches her expression, as if she is waiting for Zack to join her.
