Gorgeous as always! The details of the flowers and the skulls are incredible and you must've put so much effort into it The eyes are gorgeous as well, you can see that this character is both innocent and pure, but she also has a tragical beauty over her. 
To incorporate the skulls and the flowers more into the hair, you could've drawn some strands of hair over them and maybe made the shadow right next to them a bit deeper. Just saying that because I remembered you asked for advice on that
