I saw this at the top of the group messages for this group, and I could tell instantly it was your style, but it didn't make sense to me since I hadn't 1. seen you post it and 2. you seemed to be mostly over PJO. Why did you suddenly submit it to this group? Do someone do it for you? XDΒ

You could? but it's so old and sucky (sucky bc it's sucky, not bc it's old).
1. It's old.
2. Yes, that is true, and as discussed with NightmareSiren about Magnus Chase I dun wanna spend any more money on Rick Riordan. ;A;
Me wasting time today:
stares at gallery stats >> let's scrap some deviations to boost stats >> looks through gallery for scrappable ones >> clicks on this one >> oh d'arvit it has more than 8 favs. eh >> hm, it's not been submitted to #Percy-Jackson just yet >> guess I will do that >> bc the entire reason I uploaded anything today was that my daily pvs were in danger of falling below 30 (hasn't been below 30 since Nov 27. Woah.) >> in the end, after scrapping 9 deviations, my gallery stats didn't change much

But it's still your art style. Your art style is quite distinct, you know. Especially for someone who's looked through quite a bit of your gallery.Β
Ah. That. That stuff takes tons of time. And is emotional straining.
Pffttt. Not under thirty for that long? I must be doing something wrong. O.oΒ
I just went through my own gallery myself and scrapped a ton of stuff, including Adventure, and my stats only changed from 10 favs to 11. I'm guessing something like this happened to you, too?
Oh, and I blame you for reminding me to scrap my gallery, because I've just wasted an hour and a half of my morning on itΒ

How so? Can't you also recognise some other people's art styles super easily? (Though, if I try to think about it in a "what exactly is it that my mind recognizes?" way, I'm not totally sure.)Β
So many memories. And some of the deviations have comments from people who've disappeared from dA/my life. So, yes, a little emotionally straining.
(You must be more active or something. O.o Or more people are just suddenly realising your awesomeness.)
Really? I guess you do have a ton more deviations than I do, and you may have scrapped a lot less. I probably scrapped, like, 30 things. Maybe a little more or less.
Nonononopleasedon'tit'sawarinthere. Such hideous art. Such choppy, boring, bleh-y writing. Though, some things are things I just put there because there weren't very many favs and I didn't care about them that much. I sorta regret doing that now.Β

Psh he better. hahaha, 'badass adorable.' Is that a TV tropes term?
Mine didn't end well either. You would think that it'd end better, but alas.

dang really?! Does that include stuff from all the groups and what not? I'm too lazy to check/delete them, so my inbox just sits at 7000+ most of the time.

Pretty much, yeah. A good fifty messages from the Percy Jackson group, another thirty from the VA one, and the rest were just assorted fandoms of mine. Quite a lot of stuff. But 7000+?! Good God!

The blurb makes it sound like some kind of bad Twilight rip-off, but trust me, it's sooooooo good. The plot is fantastic, the pacing is excellent, and, as previously noted, I love the characters. It's just the first book, though, that can be a bit... idk, sketchy? Looking back, I'd say the first novel was the least good of the six novels. They're all good! Just the first one is the least good X3 (Beware of lots of swearing and some kinkiness...)
Woot! Keep going!

Oh, we have a whole cast of characters with weird names in VA. Dimitri Belikov, Vasilisa Dragomir, Christian Ozera, Adrian Ivashkov, Ibrahim Mazur, Alberta Petrov... (of course, most of these characters are of Romanian or Russian descent, so it's no wonder they have unusual names.)
Idk, it's just a bit... unrefined, I guess you could say. The novel's in first person, so as the heroine matures, so does the writing. At the start of the first book, she's pretty vulgar and selfish, but by the end of the series, she's matured dramatically, and you can see that in the writing.
Wow! Skills, Sora. You has them.

hahaha, go figure. At least they're based off something XP As opposed to purely made up, that is.
hm ic. Well, that's a good way to character develop if any xD
Oh yeahhhh.
