Description
Here we have the results of a 3 hour long attempt at trying to photograph the fabled Super Blood Moon Eclipse... Alas, clouds kept it out of sight for nearly the entire event but, as luck would have it, they rolled away for a period of about 30 minutes, leaving me with just enough time to snap a few shots as the Moon was exiting the Earth's umbra (the northeastern/upper right-hand area of the Moon is darkened a bit). It's not very obvious, as this was taken near the literal end of the eclipse, but I still consider it a decent capture considering the absolutely abysmal conditions we were having earlier that night.
