yo ho he's a pirateAsked to redesign an OC in a fantasy setting. I was never told his name, only that he's bisexual and kinky and devilish, and should be kept blonde-haired and blue eyed. so yo ho he's a pirate. a handsome pirate that doesn't just swashbuckle the ladies, but also the gentlemen! *dumdumtss*

Haha, devilish indeed, judging by that grin on his face.
I love how his cloak/cape begins to blend into the background- almost as if it turns into the waves of his conquered seas. SAI is a fun program to use! Although its brush settings are very different compared to Photoshop.

You're right! I've actually discovered I'm more comfortable painting with SAI but Photoshop is like... home base, you know? Since i'm so familiar with Photoshop switching to SAI was a bit odd, especially in terms of the keyboard shortcuts but not bad C:

No but. I noticed after I was admiring all the accessories (what pirate doesn't like his sparklies?) and I ended up drawn to the sea, so it was very well done on your part!
Yeah, I think Photoshop has much more hidden shortcuts that I'm not aware of, but transitioning to SAI takes a while. It's tools are made for digital painting as opposed to the photo-editing basis for photoshop. So that contributes to some comfort while painting.
