Featuring Madeleine Desrosiers, one of my OCs from a story I'm writing One of my oldest, circa 2004. I call the guys from this series my Ensemble.

Madeleine (pronounced Mah-dell-lane) is a very cheerful girl. Like a ball of sunshine. Or a firetruck... Anyways, she's very school smart and generally nice to everyone, but the downfall to her character is that she's very insecure, and tends to follow every single trend imaginable in a desperate attempt to "fit in". She often is caught between two decisions and can't decide whether to follow the crowd or follow herself. Because of this blatant flaw, she fretfully finds herself on the short end of the stick for most of everything she does...

However, Maddie is very forgiving and doesn't like to hold grudges; she's patient, and though her moments of insecurity are almost loaded with despair, the fact that she is willing to accept anyone is a very appealing part of her. She will never rock the boat and never pick a fight. Maddie is very warm and eager, almost like a little animal, but despite her naivete she is also very conscious of when it is the right time to say something and when it's time to keep her mouth shut. Out of the entire ensemble, aside from Yoshua, Madeleine is usually the most light-hearted.

She's got white freesias. Freesias represent innocence, thoughtfulness, trust, perseverance, and sweetness. I figgured these flowers really matched her sort of naive, bright personality, and they are probably her favourite flowers.
