soren7550 — BioWare Needs No Spell Checks!

Description When BioWare initially released their Special Forces trailer, they spelled 'sentinel' as 'sentinal'. BioWare has since taken down the original trailer from their YouTube account and fixed their error, but that doesn't mean no one else has it!

Wrong spelling really gets on your nerves doesn't it?

Only when the correct spelling is right there, or is in a final product where the people responsible really should know better by double and triple checking.

Seriously though, lighten up and don't expect miracles from a stoned Dutch guy who was at the time also translating teen-speak Russian with a faulty google translate

They did the same thing with Samara. It's JUSTICIAR, not JUSTICAR!

Maybe it's like 'color'; there's the American English spelling, and then there's the British English spelling.

That would make more sense if Samara wasn't the first thing that popped up when you google "justicar," followed by something from WoW. That indicates to me it's definitely a matter of misspelling. And the fact that they didn't catch this travesty and allowed it to be voice-acted through two games really. Pisses. Me. OFF!!!

Im not concerned about theyre spelling, in my opinion the entirity of the Mass effect series entitles them to a few spelling errors.

Before the fixed trailer the Drell Vanguard had a spelling mistake as well. In his available powers one called "Cluster Grenades" was called "Cluster Gernades".
