First of all I would like to tell you that at first glance the design is spectacular, the face with the luminous background gives it a very heavenly faction which is very good since it is an angel.
I really like how you draw the features with respect to the face because it is a little difficult to give fine features such as eyes and nose with thick lips without looking like a girl, but you manage to combine that very well and makes it very attractive.
As for the clothes it seems to me that your texture handling is very good since it stands out a lot and gives a very good touch especially the armor, although I think you could give a little texture also to what looks like a red shirt , maybe a skin-like texture would enhance a lot.
Personally, I don't like black wings very much, since they disengage with their angelic physicist, but I understand that the character is not yours, so that is not up to you, but I wonder how it would look like that.
Now let's go to what I think is where it should be improved, although some shadows are subtly marked they do not convince me much, since the light behind them should create a lot of shadow in the front, in that case I would recommend looking at images like is:

so you can visualize and consider the light and shadows with respect to the point of light, so if you do not want your face to look so dark you can apply the light from the upper left side, for example, and mark few shadows, it is a matter of that you play with the light and the shadows so that you find the best angle for your drawing.
In itself it is a minimal error, but it is something that if you practice it will give you volume and depth complementing your drawing.

the eyes are very pretty!! and not much lineart this time around (or at least, not as noticeable) -- worked very very well!!! gives a majestic or highly feel !!
