Description

The crowd cheered wildly as both fighters staggered away from each other after exchanging a myriad of blows. For most of the fight Sofia came out worse for wear in the exchange, her opponent's mix of Taekwando and Muay Thai gave her an advantage at any range. Add on top Sofia's height disadvantage she had no choice but to simply brawl it out with her opponent.

Going into their sixth round now both fighters were dripping with sweat and visibly exhausted as they both circled each other to try and regain some stamina. No sooner did the respite start did it end however as the taller raven-haired fighter moved in and landed a stinging kick to Sofia's inner thigh taking her off balance. She stumbled to her left and nearly fell as her head was rocked by a snappy follow-up kick from the same leg that struck her thigh. Sofia saw stars but was still with it enough to duck underneath a hook and retaliate with a sloppy uppercut that happened to land out of luck, stunning her opponent. As the taller woman staggered away Sofia attempted to chase but caught a kick to her stomach for her troubles.

Both fighters circled each other, both wobbly on their feet but the respite was long enough for them to collect themselves and for both fighters to come to the conclusion that they needed to end the fight now.

With a determined look on their faces, both fighters moved in on each other but the taller raven-haired fighter landed the first hit, staggering Sofia. With her guard basically down Sofia ate two well-placed punches that blurred her vision before she was rocked hard by a beautiful crescent kick at close range. Sofia groaned but managed to stay standing out of sheer determination. With a win in sight, the raven-haired fighter struck Sofia with a round kick to her midsection but was caught off guard as Sofia latched onto her leg with a punch-drunk grin. She fired off three powerful punches into the taller fighter's face stunning her before she swiped her off her feet with a sweep. As the raven-haired girl crashed to the ground, landing head first, Sofia took a few steps away and shook the cobwebs from her head, exhaling loudly as she readied herself. As the taller girl slowly got up Sofia lept forward, planting her right foot on her opponent's leg and slamming her knee into her opponent's head. A violent burst of sweat erupted as the taller fighter lost her mouthguard, the sound of the impact echoing throughout the arena. The raven-haired girl careened to the floor in a heap, unmoving the ref waved his hands that the fight was over, Sofia had won.
