Practice ^_^ I'm learning how to use PaintTool Sai.. so this is my first full on painting with it. It's very different from photoshop. o.o There are things that I love about this... like the fabric flowers and the sheer look of her sleeves.. but there's also things I don't like. So it's a toss up for me.

Great job on your first Sai picture! I have Sai too, it's weird to get used to. I love the girls face and hands, and the hair and the flowers are very well done. I feel as if the blue background is conflicting with the warm look on the girl...maybe a slight red pink, or dull orange would look better? It is a wonderful picture none the less.

This is a lovely piece, I can't even begin to say how well it turned out. And I have no idea what you could possibly not like, it's so beautiful!
The attention to detail is phenomenal, her hair and the shirt and the flowers look especially real. The expression of peace really adds something nice to it, as well.
I haven't a single critique for you, this is a magnificent piece! Keep up the work, you clearly have talent

I think it could use a bit more definition, true, but maybe you can add some warmer tones on her cheeks or more robust highlights?
