I felt like drawing Happily since she's one of my favorite ocs of Loo.
Also, choosing to do a parody of Belle from Beauty and the Beast song "Little Town"
I can't draw bgs so I just borrowed this one : fav.me/d5w6egq
But the rest is drawn by me! The fountain is inspired by the foundain that Belle sits on in the song "little town"
