Also, have you seen Beast Wars? I'm seeing potential of the Silverbolt and Blackarachnia sort... with maybe a lot less villainy on her part, but definitely carrying some trust issues, and maybe a hesitance to take the "noble idiot" seriously. As I said, mighty fine ship keel being laid down here. I wouldn't be against it.
