I have Changed alot and have been working on it for some time, and I think it is finally ready for the world to see.
Included are the system files by me, a new start orb, by me, and a custom logon screen by sunnydarkside

wow really nice i think the colors are o.k. maybe a lil off but you should be able to fix that pretty easy but it's a good looking theme thanks for sharing and i can till it's build off mr grim stuff did he give you permission?anyways great theme take care god bless!!

You know what, I dont agree with that comment. I think that looks really good. But I guess its just down to taste. Where did you get those folder icons?

Hhmmm... sorry to say, but I did not like this theme much at all - the blue is way to intense. It doesn't blend well with the rest of the theme. And the Explorer extra area just doesn't look that well integrated with the rest of the themes. Work on the corners too, because they don't look that well made.
I did, however, LOVE the start button. Looks awesome.
Keep working on it, though. I'm sure you can make this idea work. n.n
