Superior to Cinders? Well, I imagine anything water-based. Her pre-maiden semblance seemed to be her dust projectiles, so anything that reduces dust ( like water or wetness) would be likely to impact her abilities.

For me it has always been something alloy based since it seems like she used even projectiles made from the weakest alloys can make quick work of those glass arrows, and adding maiden powers will allow the wielder to liquify and/ or solidify the alloys in the area.
I say this because research into trying to figure out Cinders semblance has lead me to believe is just replacing the carbon in fire with Silicon to create her glass constructs.
The idea was inspired upon watching the battle between Akainu and Ace from One Piece.

She probably doesn't have one, look at her usual outfit. And there's probably a reason like "A Schnee never goes back on her word" sort of thing.
