Part 3 of the series.

What happened in the meantime:

Polish, Ukrainian, Soviet War happened pretty much like in OTL with similar results.
USSR invaded Azerbaijan as in OTL.
in both cases Germany and its allies (Gerorgia/Armenia) used the opportunities for bordercorrections.
Dejure the USSR does not recognize these borders but the 1919 borders. Defacto they do, though.

Ottoman internal affairs ultimately ended in a war between the Ottoman Empire and Greece, Georgia and Armenia.
Germany supported all three and other groups within the Ottoman Empire.
Germany handed Cyprus to Greece but retained naval base rights.
Great Britain used the opportunity pretty much like they did during OTL WW1.
While France didn't participate, UK and Germany came to a mutual understanding to bring them in as a buffer in the Middle East.
The war lasted from 1919 - 1923.

A quick word in regards to the "Europäische Gemeinschaft" (the blue borders on the map).
I think of it as a sort of proto-EU with the goal of expansion.
It basically is a Customs- and Economic Union like the ECC was back in the day with a securitypact thrown in.
Obviously it by far doesn't have all the internal freedoms todays EU has.
While Germany is obviously the dominating factor in the Gemeinschaft, the goal is the common good and advancement of all members.
