Hello! This is =liyaperfidious , a participant in the contest.
Here's my critique/feedback:

The jawline is really bold and that's good! You drew the sinister grin well too.
Line art is squiggly. Make quick strokes to make it awesome and smooth.
And some of the lines can be varied (thickness), like what you did in your deviation:

That one's really good!
The line of the shirt is too thick here. It creates an unnecessary focus on just that particular part.
People will be staring at it forever.

The face shape (at the upper parts) is a bit too round.
Remember that people have skulls. So they must follow that shape.
The hair appears hard and like someone just put it there.
It doesn't have much lines and flow.

It's all fancy.
The shirt looks glued to his body. D:
The lines of his body is shared with the lines for his clothes when clothes should be over the skin.
Even if he's wearing a really tight shirt. If he is, it would look something like this at the edges: [link]

The colouring isn't consistent. The lines just go here and everywhere.
For the hair, the lines should come from one source so since the hair is down on his face like that it would sort of follow the shape of his head.
Assuming he is a creepy creature without eyes or noses, there should be shading on his skin under his hair.
For shading, avoid using plain black or grey just because the skin is white.
A friend of mine says it's best to stare at objects until you see colours which aren't there.
Like using green or blue to shade the white areas.

The spots on his skin are a bit confusing.
It could be dirt or bruises (judging by the colour).
Either way it would still have a gradient tone, unless they are like a neatly painted spots on his skin made by someone.

Some parts are really intense dirt there and others are just like smudges.
For bruises, like in [link]
They still appear to be part of the skin.
Since the skin is white maybe add some white spots on it.

Also. The text. The sleep part goes upwards. Oh no!
Suggestion. It'd be cool if you used a font rather than write it on your own.
It makes it look more complete.
Unless you have computerly too neat handwriting.
And the 'sleep' part could be a different colour to make it more bold!

Just so that it doesn't look too plain.
And of course -- a background. It can be patterned or textured or even a simple gradient, but it helps to build a complete image.

hi, this is for

this is creepy but i'll tell you how to make it creepier.
the linearts are kinda missy, try to make them more straight, and the same size (cause as you can see, the necks' lines are thicker than all the other lines)
the hair' colouring is kinda random, try next time to shade it and highlight it and stuff, it'll make it look more realistic, as well as the shirt it nice that his skin is white but you still have to shade it, use a grey colour, the smile is the best thing here, and the blood looks good, though the purple things looks weird, i'd like it more if there was a background here, for a creepy background use a simple grey background
