If I made Carmilla evil I would take all of her more "negative" traits and aspects and turn them up to 100. She's still be in hufflepuff, diligent and loyal but maybe a little too much. She's deadset on her goals(finding her brother) that she doesn't really care who gets caught in the crossfire. And when it comes to the people she loves she would do anything for them.

In 6th year regular Carmilla goes through a phase where she pretends like she just doesn't care about stuff anymore. Evil!Carmilla really would be apathetic to those around her, not caring much for the lives of those that aren't her friends or family. I can't really see her wanting to join R if its after they kill Rowan(she'd honestly be going after them in order to seek vengeance like how merula did with rakepick) but if that didn't happen she'd probs join ngl. Take them up on their offer to rule over them or whatever.

Also while I think Evil!Carmilla would get along a lot better with Merula tbh. Merula undoubtedly still starts a rivalry but Carmilla gives as much as she gets and they kinda respect each others drive to get shit done and Evil!Carmilla's more inclined to back up her way of thinking rather than disagree with it. Their relationship would be interesting but Merula would never grow to be a better person with this Carmilla.
