The TMNT movie did something wonderful! It got me drawing again! Today during presentations in photography class, I doodled away and got two pictures down. The first one wasn't worth showing, but the second one looked good. I colored when I got home with good ol' prisma color markers. (If you're interested in seeing what it looks like without the blue behind their heads, here ).Wanted to see if I still "had it". My style sure hasn't updated since 10 years ago, but it works.

Something is obviously wrong with me for watching you but not faving or commenting on your gallery sooner. I'm here to amend that though.
I don't know what's going on, but I love Don's unnerved yet coy expression, something I'm sure he often feels with Raph, and Raph's possible possession. I'd say you definitely never lost what you've always had.

Whats happening? Loks like Raphs gonna beat the tar outta Don. He's grabbed both his wrists and Don looks more then a little worried. He looks scared, even a little puzzled. And Raph. He seems intent on a fight.
IF it is a fight then Raphs a bully going after Don. Not only did he pick the least skilled of the brothers but he also picked the one that would have the greatest difficulty fighting back. Donnies more of a pacifist and he's not as strong as Raph and he's the least athletic. Also if Don gets his hands on a single handed weapon, his at a disadvantage as he has used a two handed weapon.
Well, thats my take on the pic at least. If it is a fight then why has he singled out Don and not Leo or Mikey? Anyway, nice Pic, I prefer it with the blue background myself.

Raph and Donnie did have a bit of tension going in the movie when Donatello was accusing Raphael of sleeping all day.
But this picture may be something as simple as Raph going "Where'd you put the remote?" And Donnie going "I don't know what you're talking about, I didn't touch the remote!"
... Or it could be whatever you want it to be.

Hey no probs. There is a lot of tension between them. He would've thumped Don had splinter not saved him, and then DON gets the lecture. Not fair. Anyway, it could be as simple as that but it really looks like Raphs about to cream poor Don.

I honestly do like your artwork. Because I thought i used think i could draw not I realize a suck at it. I especially like this form or work you are making.
