This is Sai from Naruto Shippuuden. This has been done for because she asked on my journal[link]ANYONE CAN ASK FOR THIS, NOT JUST MY FRIENDS. THERE ARE 3 SPOTS LEFT!!! GET A FREE VECTOR!!!
She didn't actually ask for Sai specifically, she just said do a vector and dedicate it to her. Oh well, I hope she likes it.
I'm not sure what the Kanji's in the background mean, but I thik the one on the top left means dragon, and bottom right (the house-looking one) means luck or wealth. if anyone can tell me what they mean, I'll be happy.
