I drew this one or two days ago to motivate myself to keep working on my Minx to the Future project. And it, kind-of worked!Anyways, this artwork was supposedly based off a song: "Queen of Mean" from one of the Descendants movies (ugh, one of those goofy movies?). However, instead of it about someone becoming the queen of mean due to jealously and their desire of revenge(according to my research since I didn't really watch the movies), i'm not too sure what I wanted this to be about...possibly something else to fit Minerva's personality? Anyways...
I wanted the crown to have a little effect like the neon sign (if you use Picsart before, then I guarantee you that you may have used(or at least seen) a neon glowing halo or spiral or somesort at one point) to reflect of her being some sort of a princess or a queen in the future... I don't have much to say so yeah
