This is something that I personally used to do. If someone on the internet really offended me or got to me in some way, or some drama went down involving me (because I used to accidentally start a lot of drama) I would simply go offline for days until it all calmed down.I later learned though that that's simply NOT going to cause things to be ok. It's still gonna be there, and if you don't address it, it's gonna come back at you one day.
In recent times I've learned, simply to not start the drama. If I *do* start the drama, I face it and owe up to it (hence the journal the other day.) Then I address it, apologize for it, and we move on with our lives.
Yes, you can stay offline and everything until you feel better, but that doesn't solve anything.

It just degrades your mental state until you cant take it anymore and end up doing one of the three:
1) suiciding
2) shooting up the damn school

I use to make alot of drama and that why I lose so many friends because of my obsessing with anime character but I had learn my lesson i notice that I haven't been obessesing with a character for week. I just realize that I'm starting to grew out of it. I no longer obsessing with a anime character. it really stupid to be addicted to a character, I more into Disney and stuff than loving anime guys or watching anime. there is one that I like but I'm a fan of him but I not really that crazy anymore. I give up on it. I can still like him as a character not going crazy for it. I learn my lesson. I no longer obsessing and doing drama anymore. I starting to be more grown up. I am so proud of myself as least I'm keeping my OC name I really love the name and my pairing as well.

These words are totally true... I had a few offensive things with plenty of people but i learned that it shouldnt stop me from coming online... i needed to deal with the situation right there and then. or it will keep haunting you til you do... i learned that the hard way myself.
