Awesome, That it is! xD
Actually there was a sky blue one that is much prettier. And I believe there is a red one. But I'm guessing white was either the most popular or most produced, or both.

I know.lol.
I don't really like the blue-green one, but I once saw a actual sky blue color, and a red, while my grandpa, someone in our neighborhood and the closest Pizza Hut has white Escorts.

Station wagons > SUVs.
Poor wagons get no respect.

Nice stamp, though I don't think I've ever seen a real station wagon around here.

Well, my next car is going to be a Subaru Outback, which is technically a wagon. A SPORT wagon. At least I'll be cool. VROOM!!

sport wagons! i completely forgot about that arbitrary category. XD i love it! i drive a hatchback... kinda like a wagon technically... only no one can legally ride back there. X)
you gotta take pics of the Outback.

I certainly will, once I get it. Might be a while though, but I've got my heart set on the Outback. Wheeeeeeeeee!

I mean, there was a car called "swinger".... and there are multiple cars whose names in italian or spanish mean innapropriate things.... Not car companies tho....

in America we have cars called "Vibe" and "Probe" which, in addition to their original meaning, are both names more popular in modern times for things that go in the ass for pleasure.

Oh man, we used to have a Bronco, an 86 Ford Bronco that was fantastic. it traveled cross country with us and did everything, from texas to north carolina to florida and back to texas, and it was bought in Germany lol. Oh the days. I hate SUV's though, there's no need for you to have such a large vehicle. We moved a shit ton, do you? You only have two kids, you don't need a bazillion seats, you own a fucking tank dude! Your gas sucks and you're only stroking your own ego by owning that huge Escalade.
And don't get me started on mini vans.

oh yeah you had mentioned you moved a lot. see, that is the kind of situation that benefits from a utilitarian car. not fatass little-miss-middle-aged-highlights who just has groceries and a stroller.

I know! I see people that roll up to my store in huge cars, like tanks, and all they have is ONE kid and a stroller, maybe. It's ridiculous. I love how in America the idea of wealth or status is bigger is always better. I would be happy, ecstatic really, with a nice small sport car rather than some huge ass gas guzzler that will tear our environment a new one. me and my mother like to call people in Hummer's tools. Why they made that available to civies I'll never know.
As a military brat I'm offended every time I see an army car rolling down the street with spinners, a thumping stereo, and some punk ass kid behind the wheel who will NEVER take the thing off road. It's made for South America, the Desert, anything off road, and yet... it's stuck on highways and suburbia. It hurts my soul a little as a car freak to see something like the noble Hummvie turned into what it is now.

they still get shitty mileage and top out at like, sixty/seventy though.

lol ... man I miss our Sigma. Station wagaons rock. I think I've asked you before but what are those iconic US station wagons with the wood panelling that are so ever-present in Hollywood movies of the 80's?

the surfer ones or the family-man ones? the surfer ones are called Woodies but i'm not sure that is the actual model name and i don't know the make.

Yeah sounds it. I reckon they're that common because they say 'lower-middle-class' to Hollywood so resoundingly. Here we've got other vehicles, but as a result a lot of people think they're incredibly popular cars in the US.
