I need one where I live. Mostly for the 4 wheel drive. Mountain roads are nearly impossible for a little car.

I don't think I'll get that as my first vehicle. if anything, I just want one with good gas mileage, and a loud sound system to crank up the Metal. no matter what car/vehicle I get, I'm gonna add whatever I have to to make it MINE, to show the message that 'THIS IS MY CAR!'

So true, a big example of people "needing" SUVs is they say that they have a dog and "need" it for them to travel in. Um... hello? I have a car that I take my dog in just fine.

Unless that dog is a great dane that's not really a valid excuse IMO. My tiny station wagon's got more than enough room for a medium-large dog or two.
