I recently ran into a intro video on how to make a halo costume for $100, and the general process of making the helmet and armor. Looking for refrence material I happened to stumble upon your deviation. I must say you've done a good job putting it all together. I was wondering about two things though: What did you set the scale of your helmet at? Like you I misjudged my measurements (210mm(or 21cm) and it's turning out too small. Lastly I was also womdering about your notes on the helmet. How did you know where those pieces were on the helmet? When I first started I ended up making the visor and part of the upper ridge, or rim, of the helmet.

on the one i printed out it had numbers on every flap, and all i had to do was match them up with each other so that wasn't to hard, and as for what scale i put it too.....gosh I can't remimber I havn't worked on this anymore because *low on money* to buy fiber glass and what not.. but yeah the first one i mabe was way to big the second one were making is a bit smaller and looks better good luck with yours
