Misae
    A strange hermit woman who lives near the edge of the giant kelp forest. She’s socially awkward and a bit nervous but very kind. She used to be Chiyo’s old protegee before she quit healing and hero work after a bad accident and retired to the forest house where she lives now. She avoids going into town due to her discomfort of crowds and her unpredictable panic attacks that scare the townsfolk.
    Misae makes a living by harvesting sea urchins in the kelp forest, though it's slow work to harvest them sustainably, clean them and package them. Apparently the meat of sea urchins from Sacarina is unusually sweet, as sea urchins take on the flavor of whatever they eat, and these particular urchins are considered a delicacy in other parts of the ocean.
    Misae only ships the urchins when the traders arrive, in the middle of Upwelling and near the end of Calmtides.

    Gift: Ivy Intravenous (I.V.)- A complicated ability where she can grow her veins out like vines, connect them to another person and use her blood to heal herself and others. It takes a long time, as her blood cells must replace her patient’s damaged cells, but using this ability she can repair scar tissue and regrow organs… eventually. She can help recharge her ability by resting and eating.

    Physical Traits- She believes the pattern on her back resembles upside-down seaweed.
