Hi gigi28, I saw your drawing and adding some more detail to the coins would be a good way to show more realism. I saw the original photo and it would be hard for me to draw because  it is so fuzzy looking. Maybe in the future find a reference photo that is clearer in tetail. I use Staedtler Mars Lumograph pencils. They rang from 2h to 8b... I'm  not good at giving directions because I'm still learning myself. May I suggest the youtube channel 5 Pencil Method.  I didn't  learn from this guy, but he has some really good pointers. I hope this helps.
