Here is my Angelica Teach cosplay from Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides".I had been wanting to do this cosplay the moment I saw the movie. Even though a lot of fans dislike OST (and I can see where they are coming from) I truly love it. It's always really fun to cosplay as Angelica, especially since she's pretty different from the majority of the characters I cosplay.
Very easy to put on, and during this shoot we had wonderful weather, so it was simply a lovely time!
Some notes:
This is not a wig, it is my real hair. Pictures were taken in the gorgeous Western Massachusetts. Many ducks looked at my funnily, and I hand-fed a chipmunk! Not sure if I should include these in a portfolio if I end up auditioning for Disney? Both a hoopskirt and petticoat were used for this dress, in order to get the flow that we wanted. Make-Up, Hair, and costume for this shoot by Sparrow (me!) Model is as well. took the Angelica photos from this shoot, and I took the Rapunzel ones.xoxo Sparrow

Ah! Thank you! I git it from a Renaissance site, but I can't remember which one... Feel free to check out these though! The sleeves are much girlier than a normal pirate one, so you may want to search "long sleeves" or something similar to that.

wow how long did it take to find the right scenery for this. really makes it look like a tropical place but yet this is in MASS??!!! amazing. nice pose. forgot the water bottle thats there but with a little photoshop that should clear out nicely if you want.

I personally find the fourth movie to be the weakest of the series so far, but Angelica is a strong character, which ends up helping the movie greatly.
This costume is similar enough to her actual one to instantly recognise you as the character, and it's very thematic and pleasing to see in and of itself. If I'd have to point out a point of critique it's that I remember the hat to be larger, but then that could just be my mind playing tricks on me. (Clever mind, fooling it's own owner!)
In short: Liking it!
