Sorry, I usually don't play on servers and I don't use any third-party software as World Edit.

I feel guilty typing this, mainly because I’m no critic nor am I a rude person at heart, but.... How exactly does this image not give all he needed details to create this structure..? I mean, at an advertisement standpoint, the architecture you’re using can be easily examined to determine how to create it. I mean, if I recall, most builds are pattern based. My main question here is, well, how does buying the layer by layer instructions change... anything, really?

Don't feel guilty! I appreciate you're so concerned to make the question! Thank you!
First reason is: the isometric view has its own advantages, but sometimes easily hides what's inside. Believe me that, in this case in particular, many nice design details are hidden by the isometric view.
You will be able to reproduce the outside general aspect, but you will loose some important (for me) details that let this design better stand out in your Dwarven City.
Second reason is: I'm not selling this design to become rich. I'm asking a (very) little money just to justify my spare time dedicated to these PDFs. So, I don't care if you copy them, without paying.
People that buy them are not paying the design, are thanking me for the time I dedicate to it.
Thank you again!
