Description This id For and and I really like this one ^w^. This was for Me and 's Art Trade she wanted me to draw her Character Serena the Fox and I wanted to do a Thanks you Picture for for making that Picture of me and Cindy so I decied to turn this picture into both XD and That's 's Character Meela the Cat
and this was my first time drawing her and I did a pretty good job and I hope you like this and and this is for you ^w^

I just color it in with the burn tool and the dodge tool and after when I'm done I do the background and I make lines with the Polygonal Lasso tool and I feather it to 10% and I just fill it with White and 50 opiticy
