Woot! It's the return of the Vasquez Cat! This was, undoubtedly, the most popular part of my 'Dib in Wonderland' fanfic, where Dib meets the Chesire Cat, who, of course, bears a striking resemblance to Jhonen V. I've been waiting for YEARS to get this one done -_- Damn! Oh well, I'm very satisfied with how it turned out, though it actually didn't turn out as I'd first envisioned it at all. Originally it wasn't going to be a night scene and was gonna have a lot of greens in it, but as I went along I darkened things up, and after a lot of experimenting with stuff it came out this way, and I like it a lot better. I remember back when I drew this it was tough getting the perspective right. A lot of things about this pic were kind of a challenge, but I'm happy with the end result ^_^Read the fic www.fanfiction.net/s/488144/1/

As soon as I saw it ( the whole series) I was dumbfounded. SOMEONE decided to combine my two favorite things into one big awesomesauce picture!

Omg I LOVED that fanfic back in the day. I already forget why I looked it up on here (even though it was like two minutes ago), but I can't believe the art that caught my eye was actually done by the author! haha
LOVE your art, possibly even more than the fic (though I haven't read it in about 7 or 8 years). I have no idea if you even go on this site anymore, but I just wanted to say that this piece made me really happy. ZIM always makes me feel nostalgic for my awkward early adolescence.

Your Zim art has me in awe. Your use of colour and lines... And of course the Jhonen Chesire is godly. The patch of light coming down on him through the trees is subtle, but really cool!
