Description
Had to make a quote-book for Type class, so I chose Rocky from 's webcomic Lackadaisy

Since I could only include 10 quotes, I cut the cactus one (lower right-hand corner) because of the awkward timing and needed context. (Well, lots of the quotes require context but most you can imagine the context and it's a whole lot crazier.)

All of the backgrounds and icons were made by me in Photoshop and the whole thing was complied in Illustrator.
The prints came out different (mostly darker) than they were onscreen, which was expected. The one "Risk my Neck" came out horribly on the printer I used, unfortunately. Here's a tip- DON'T USE BLACK GRADIENTS IN PRINT PUBLICATIONS THEY ARE EVILLLLL

I also had to do a presentation on it, during which I wore Rocky's signature blue suit, vest, and tie (which I borrowed from another friend) and it was great. Now I want that suit...
