I've been really in the mood for Detective Conan lately! So I thought up this idea on Friday on my way home from school on the bus. I really wanted to draw some dramatic picture with Conan all beat up. Those shadows are supposed to be Gin and Vodka.
Originally I wanted to draw Ai in this picture protecting Conan, but then when I drew her, the anatomy and her face looked really messed up so I just cropped her out of the picture. x.x; I considered fixing her up, but I thought that it would still make this picture not look as good since I really liked how Conan came out. Gin and Vodka were looking really gross though when I tried to put more details in (especially Gin's face) so I decided to leave little details on their shadows. XD

oh i can see his leg now. i thought it was like the side of this chest or something. you did pretty good :3 i use references a lot also. if you want i can try draw a pose similar to this. but i can' promise you that it's perfect. because i i'm still bad at drawing bodies xP

i really like your idea for this work. i think his face should be covered in more blood. but that's just my personal opinion to make this picture to look more scary.
i think his right arm (our left, or the arm that's bent) is too big compared to the rest of this body. i understand that the rest of the body is being hidden behind his head and torso but you should at least be able to see his feet and part of this legs from that angle. it kinda looks like the lower part of this body was chopped off, or it's in the ground.

Thank you for the critique. ^^ And yeah, I tried to draw his leg sort of kneeling that you can see behind his arm to the left of it. I wasn't really sure how to draw the rest since the picture I was referencing for this pose had something blocking that part. >.< But thanks again.

And I'm not sure. I know I've seen him injured, but I don't know about this bad. Except for a few instances where the characters are imagining him to be this injured a couple of times. XD

Yeah I guess he does. XD But then again, I feel like it wasn't THAT bloody for some reason. But I did read that awhile ago, so I might just be remembering it wrong.
But looking back at the first volume, I realized that he did get pretty beat up when Gin first drugged him (although that WAS Shinichi rather than Conan, but same thing XD).
