Before birth

Pantherleap, was only but Pantherpaw when he first met the elegant Strawberrypaw, and it was love at first sight when they saw each other. Ever since their first meeting the two began to meet up in secret, chatting underneath the stars, the two swimming, and climbing trees together. Their love grew and grew, then when they both became warriors, Pantherleap decided to pop the question to become her mate, in which Strawberrymoon happily agreed. Then eventually she told Pantherleap she was expecting pups. Despite their concern to where the pups should go, whether to Riverclan or Thunderclan, the two agreed to wait it out until the pups were born. Unfortunely, the two would soon regret making this decision, for one night Strawberrymoon went out to sneak into Thunderclan territory to see her mate, but is caught by a Thunderclan warrior, fortunely it wasn't Flintfang, but when they confronted her, she began to panic, and right there she went into an early labor. Pantherleap, luckily was nearby when she began to give birth, but to his horror, the three warriors realized something was going terribly wrong. For she was bleeding to heavily, he told the warrior to grab Shimmeringlily in hopes to save her, but sadly, once that third pup came out, and Shimmeringlily came to them...it was to late. She was dead.
Pantherleap was devestated at the loss of his mate, he couldn't believe that he had lost her, and felt this great surge of guilt burn within him to see his love dead on the ground. Shimmeringlily asked who this she dog was and why she was doing in Thunderclan territory. Pantherleap was to devestated to speak, but the warrior, taking great pity on the young warrior, lied for him, telling her that this she dog wondered into their territory, looking for their mate, but discovered he had left her to bare the pups alone. Shimmeringlily of course bought this and told them that they must bring them to Thunderclan camp immediately since an early birth may not be good for them. Pantherleap did as he was told, but he felt numb all over, Strawberrymoon was dead...she was...gone.
Shatteredpup

Shatteredpup was born in a litter of 3, he had only brothers. His two brothers were Raspberrypup and Cougarpup. From birth the pups did not know who their mother was, and their father never claimed them, giving Shatteredpup at least the impression they were a mistake and not wanted. Still as to the code Thunderclan cared for them even if their parents were unknown. A warrior by the name Pantherleap would often come visit them along with a few others from time to time, mostly queens though. Shatteredpup wasn't sure why other than to socialize with him, but he didn't really want socialization. He enjoyed life for the most part, he loved playing with his brothers and listening to stories of the clans, mainly enjoying the stories the queens would tell them about starclan and the rules of the clans.

But everything changed when the volcano erupted. Smoke clouded the sky and fire rained down like rain itself. Shatteredpup was taken to windclan only to be taken to riverclan then across a bridge like no other. The whole experience was very frightful and not everyone made it. On the new island he felt scared and stuck with big group of dogs who were in charge of caring for the pups. Soon enough it seemed the clans were finally spreading their wings from the beach to new territories. Shatteredpupdoesn't know what lies ahead, and hes not sure if hes ready or not.

Shatteredpaw

Shatteredpup was rather confused at how fast 7 moons past by. He certainly wasn't ready to become an apprentice yet. When the clans settled down at their new home he was baffled at the fact Snowstar suddenly made them apprentices. Along with another group of pups. Shatteredpup took the name of Shatteredpaw now and has been assigned to Creekcall as his mentor. During a hunt with his brother Cougarpaw, with two another apprentices, Sorrelpaw and Leap-paw, things got nasty. While the elk was clearly sick Cougarpaw and Leap-paw still wanted to catch it. Meanwhile, Shatteredpaw understood the insane risk they would all be taking if they brought sick prey into the clan. Sorrelpaw ended up on his side an while his brother and leap-paw failed to bring anything back. Sorrelpaw allowed Shatteredpaw to carry back some of her prey and pretend he helped catch something.

Shatteredpaw soon was contacted by starclan for a mission to destroy a future threat of bears. He told only Shimmeringlily about his mission. The mission took far longer than he expected but it ended successfully with him managing not only to kill the cubs but also kill the mother bear helping prevent the future starclan showed him would happen. During that said mission he lost a canine tooth and gained a bear claw scars on his cheek. After returning he had a heated argument with his brother Cougarfang.
