Double up the sports bra and do lower back muscle building exercises. That's what I would do.

Yah I do that but one problem is that I pulled a muscle in my back about a year ago and I can't do any back muscle work outs because it's still tender ;n;

Swimming I was doing a difficult stroke and it tore when I stretched to far I think.... I actually don't know I never got real treatment for it so it might have not healed perfectly *shrug*

Chances are if you stretch or use that area of muscles it probably hasn't. You could probably read up on some muscle strength exercises. If you use that group of muscles a lot and you take hot showers afterwards, it hasn't because warm/hot water softens muscle, which doesn't let it heal effectively.

I am proud of them, they just get annoying when all your friends are flat chested and have no curves and there you are with big boobs and defined curves. Its also hard to find dresses and shirts that fit correctly, cuz either they are too big and make you look fat or they are too tight around your chest and make you feel like your suffocating. It gets annoying as hell, mostly because all the perverts in your class are just starring at your chest all the time.Β
