so I have come to realize. You;d think a leading company that involves people and their money would be a bit more easy to get a hold of. The fact that they can't deal with account privacy/restoration online (with proof of identity) and REQUIRE being phoned is kinda bullshitty on its own. And then stuff like this happens and makes it impossible to fix one's account.
