Description Just me pretending I actually design video games.

I love Mass Effect, so much.

This is a concept I made for Miranda\'s field appearance in ME3, just for kicks.

Hope you like it! go here to see Miranda in my concept of her ME3 uniform!

EDIT: added one more plate on each outer thigh and some straps across the midsection.

EDIT MARCH 21

SO I've recently decided that I hate this, and plan to completely overhaul it in the near future. hooray!

It may just be me, but I'm seeing a female storm-trooper outfit.
Then again, I've been seeing Star Wars since the SW1: TPM trailer in the cinema...

lol no I totally agree with you, this is really old and was my first time trying my hand at futuristic armor, so it's not the most inspired haha.

I personally think it looks very good, the armour is both subtle, and still, accentuates, her assets...so keeps true to Miri's style of dress

Which would be awesome if we saw something similar.

I love it because she is actually wearing armour and wouldn't die in a firefight. Or space.

I need to say this is brilliant first, but me and my opinions led to the comments below

Needs more shoulder Protection, I could go on and on about how all of the ME suits could be altered for practicality, but if sex appeal is still a big thing, well that doesn't always hamper efficiency... How would she put on the breastplate/padding? I see no seam lines but tis a concept.

thanks for both the complement and the criticism! I'll work on it; I'm still making additions and edits here and there. Also, in terms of the breast plate, I did originally have a seam line but it looked sort of unnatural and i took it out, I'll get to it.

Best Place is to put the seam under the armpit.

ahhhh, hadn't tried that! Many thanks! I'm not used to the space-faring type, but it's really interesting and a lot of fun to design.

I live and breathe Sci-Fi. I'm not the best at drawing it (well I'm bad at drawing faces) but I know it well enough. Simple tip: Research is key. It's helped me whenever I hit a roadblock.

I've always liked it and had an interest, just never really tried my hand at the design aspect. Mass Effect's definitely a prime example, haha, I'm absolutely in love with the whole fiction. The universe they created is so amazingly immersive.

Yeah, just like The 5th Element, Firefly, Stargate, BSG, Star Wars (which has plenty of visual similarities, but I grew out of it), Star Trek as well but humanity in Trek has such a high moral standing they don't have any type of economy or currency (Space Communists!), and many others.

What I don't like about ME2, and this is probably just my selflessness getting the better of me, is that they (Cerberus, Council, etc.) make you basically a king, gallavanting around the galaxy doing whatever one wants. I liked in ME1 that you start out following orders, and when you become a Spectre you follow leads based on the opinions of higher ups. In ME2 you have an entire ship catered to you, I mean look at the top floor. And squadmates have to use other parts of the ship as their living spaces. Why must my needs go before the needs of the dozen teammates, let alone the NPC staff?

I really like this - her outfit was pretty in ME2, but sooo impractical. The only thing I will say about this outfit is that I feel like I should pop a stormtrooper helmet on her. But that's probably just me. Keep up the awesome work!

I like both your concepts. I'm in full support of some actual field gear for the squad mates that go into battle impractically dressed.

Holy S*** yes! Actual combat gear XD I very much support the idea of all squad members having combat outfit and an 'on the ship' outfit. I would certainly take Miranda on missions more if she wore this XD

I like this a lot; fits with the scheme of her outfit but seems much more battle-ready.
