Hi! I don't draw anymore, only paint warhammer minis. I haven't posted on here in years. Thanks for finding my very early work enjoyable, but I can't imagine posting some of my newer stuff in the future. Your stuff is great btw!

Last Remnant was a great game (still is, I'm close to finishing it after several months of playing). Great recreation. Japanese-style wargaming for the win!

Not a problem, I've been on quite infrequently as well. And I do not expect the item by any sort of meaningful deadline. The end of August will suffice

Fanficiton: www.fanfiction.net
Original Works: Best to get searching, I only know of this website to post original works, but it's the bloody world wide internet, there must be something out there.
Still interested in critiquing each other's works? I still apologize for coming off as annoying previously.

(or any other pink for that matter)

Tentacle Pink no longer exists, there are a few that don't exist anymore. However, Tentacle Pink is really Liche Purple plus Bleached Bone...

Here's where you need to practice and get creative.
Sure, you can make a 50/50 mix (Add enough water to mix the colors evenly, the chunkier the paint, the more water you add), but shading properly will involve you needing to play with the mixture. It's all about blending, the more bleached bone you add, the brighter the pink.
(I can show you examples soon, expect to see some pictures as soon as Monday afternoon my time; five hours behind you)
Have fun *cough*heretics*cough*...

LEAKED but incomplete GREY KNIGHT CODEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[link]
I was inches away from a mental breakdown while reading this due to its amazing-ness, I don't mean to rub anything in about Chaos, but if you have Daemons you might as well not field them against this! It's amazing! At 1000 points I can field ELEVEN MODELS! One Named Hero (275 Points, STRONGEST human character in the game: Kaldor Draigo), and two squads of five man, 2-wound GK terminator squads (Paladins) at 55 points a model, that count as scoring units!

They've actually put more emphasis on the Terminators, and made the regular GKs (in power armor) a support unit. They BETTER have immunities to your Gift of Chaos power! I hate it so very much!

They're f#$kin' transformers made to for boxing matches with Greater Daemons, you can expect me to field at least one or two. I'm taking Draigo first, though. I want that super risky eleven-model army.

There is always Dice, my friend... And as for my GK army, it is going to go bring the pain to my Tyranid-infested hobby store! Psycannon Bolts make my arm-mounted Storm Bolters (now give extra attack in close combat like they were pistols), now Str 4, Ap 4, Assault 2, ignore invulnerable saves... upgrading only costs five points per model.

OMG MY FUCKING GAWD!!!!!!!!!! DREADKNIGHTS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!
but I have one question, would it be legal for me to take one convert it and use it in my chaos army? as a greater Daemon?
I know theres all the Grey knights would just kill themselves if they felt themselves being possesed by chaos or what not, but could I still use the model!?

I saw people on another forum talking about turning it into an Iron Warriors Daemon Prince, the same principle can apply in your case.
GK STUFF FOR ADVANCE ORDER! CHECK GW NOW!

dude, I checked it the instant they were shown! Iron warriors daemon prince? nah I was thing greater daemon of sorts since I already have a daempon prince, obviously I'll bwe heavily converting it.

I went to the store today and saw the store model of the Dreadknight, it is the size of a daemon prince, they exaggerated its size greatly on the website. It is still clearly awesome! And the Terminators look f*&$ing fantastic! Oh, such glorious things they are, so magnificent in their stature and bravado. I am in awe of their titanic might and utterly fearsome composure... And the troop Grey Knights look pretty bland. The veterans (Purifiers) and the Purgation Squads look better.

they are not the size of a daemon prince? there was a picture on the whats new today that has one standing beside a mawloc/trygon i cant rmemebr which one. and it was about an inch or two shorter

Yeah, It's larger than a Dreadnought, and frankly it would be more believable as a Dreadnought. My friend, also the local GW store manager, wants to put a dreadnought front on the Dreadknight.
I'm gearing up to use Kaldor Draigo and Paladins as the 1st company of my SM Chapter. Draigo will be scratch-built, and I'm going to make sure it is the best model I have ever built and painted in the history of my models! I want him to attract fire just by standing there because he'll be so badass!

Trevor said you'd be interested in rejoining D&D. I'M NOT SURE AT ALL ABOUT THAT. Your schedule is so goddamn limited. Any idea if you'd be free on weekdays, or if you're getting your licence soon?

Oh most certainly not, John Micheal. Every day I don't have a permit is another day I don't pay the state's obscenely high insurance. Saturday will happen if the snow isn't too bad. We seem to have saturdays open on a regular basis. The problem is, and you can wholly blame Twilight for this one, the DnD stuff collides with my Mom's twilight gatherings with the other Twi-Moms, and we tend to start a tad later than expected waiting for everyone. If we started closer to 1:00-1:30 PM when Trevor and I are already present I could get more out of our games. Remember, your neighborhood allows my Mom to see very little at night, so she doesn't like driving me home with such poor visibility (she's always been like this, and I can't exactly blame her)...
Two Questions: Do I need to reprint my Character Sheet and do you need me to rewrite a backstory since the second one was misplaced (can simply be reprinted) or rewritten since it had too many Marty Yimotsu Space Marines in it?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SusceptusTyranus In reply to Red-Geist [2011-01-07 21:26:08 +0000 UTC]
Reprinting a character sheet will be a little difficult right now. Trevor explained the system to you, didn't he?
The backstory can be rewritten if you want to make a different one, I am wholly indifferent.

Red-Geist In reply to SusceptusTyranus [2011-01-08 04:05:20 +0000 UTC]
I found the thing in the character builder that adds houserules. The new thing Trevor talked about may not work(aside from explaining how we do our attacks in combat, I got that)... But the other simple houserules, like the +1 to weapon proficiency or expertise I could save the frustration by adding those.
Breaking News (literally as I was typing this): Snow says I can't come tomorrow. NOW the Stupidity Train hit the damn Thresold, Mr. Freeman!
