You're welcome to offer on him still.. I have no idea what my feelings for him are though. I'd primarily be looking for money and character designs.

This is a minor species known as Cyrbirds (Pronounced Sire-Birds or Sigh-birds depending on the region). These strange things were thought to be created and left by the ancients when they thrived in Ustoria. Many of them possess robot-like parts, others carry virtually none, similar to an Earth android. There is debate whether these creatures are alive or not, as they seem to react to stimuli like pain, but have mixed cases of whether or not they show emotion. Their fur is thought to pulse with electricity, and their food gained from light or electricity. Cyrbirds always have some form of glowing marking on them which will dull down when they are low on food, "scared" or negative, etc. Not a great amount is known about them, since they seem to either be rare, or hide themselves away from the Ustorians. There is theory that the ancients may have lived on other planets as well, as Cyrbirds have been found in other worlds, such as Halcyon.

Cyrbirds are a closed species.
