As a way to say Thank you, to Spider-Man for not only stopping Vulture and Mysterio from destroying his building full of employees that had nothing to do anything he did, and for helping out with the Battle of New York. So, he made Peter Parker his very own Spider-Armor. It has, built in Spider-Legs, flight, Built-In Drone, enhanced Web Shooters even though Spider-Man's webs are organic but wears web shooters to help him use different web techniques, and his own A.I. named Karen. Spidey would wear this suit from time to time but, he would receive a new Iron Armor suit in the future.
