Description
The Main villain in the Ratchet & Clank series and the archenemy of the duo Ratchet & Clank(and Captain Qwark).He is a mad scientist turned robot and wishes to wipe out organic live and have robots rule the galaxy.
Also has a butler named Lawrence, and his abilities also includes flight,can shoot lasers out of his hands,and makes blades out of his arms.Also he has a overload that makes him broadcast soap operates and usually to get him back is to slap or hit him.
The reason why is Qwark's rival is because he bullied him in high school and opthers had mocked him,but sees Ratchet as a far more worthy adversaivy with resulted into several conflicts.

That little part with Janice and Lance is pretty funny xD Just a note on the hand though, he has two fingers then a thumb. It looks like you drew his hand with 3 fingers, like dog claws.

Yeah I played the demos well he was behind the scenes in the ratchet 7 clank original game with his army and made his debut in the 3rd game up your arsenal

Yeah and ratchet is a 5'1 tall lombax with a robot named Clank.Qwark is a delusional cowardly superhero who hides behind ratchet & clank and was an enemy in the first two games,and villains he teamed up with are Drek,Otto Destruct,and Emperor Percival tachyon.Also in the second game he used to have a realtionship with Angela Cross,then in the 3rd Sasha Phrynoix(or something),and in the future trilogy and onwards (Possibly) Talwyn Apogee.
