I don't really remember how I get clean this piece because I did it last year, but I'll try to answer you !
Yeah there was 2 points of perspectives, out of the page. First, I did the Superior Spider-Man, pencil & ink, alone on the page because I knew how the page looks like (I did some little composition rough). After I did the clean pencil of the buildings, and I inked it. I also believe I used a lot the eraser to be clean like that.
But now, I have a different process, and I think using a blue pencil can help you to be more clean, because you can easily remove it with photoshop... So you can do rough with the blue pencil and finished lines with normal pencil.

Nah your English is fine. And yes you answered my question. I was just curious at how you went about it because I know how difficult perspective drawings can be. Especially when it is smears all over the place. I've recently been using 2h leads in my pencil and it seems to help reduce smearing. Thank you for replying!
