I want to apologize for my lack of uploads and overall activity here lately. I started school again and while I do have time to draw and comment, I lacked energy. But I'm starting to get into the swing of things and I'm ready to get back to what I love best, drawing. I've hade some trouble drawing also because I've been wanting to draw things besides Pokemon so badly but. . . I need to go a little easier on myself or I won't get any art done at all!So here's a little Torchic, I'm starting to love this Pokemon again, it's a chicken and a fire type, that is a wonderful combo <3 The title is because. . . Well, it's what came to my head, I had a great night that inspired me again, I had a wonderful dinner, was able to watch a Fred and Ginger movie, then I was listening to some beautiful and powerful classical music, so those things together really struck a fire in my heart and made me want to draw and feel strong about the subject again. Not to be too corny but. . . Yeahhh. I feel good, so I can draw!
Hope to be drawing more soon, I feel lost when I'm not drawing <3

Also, I apologize about not joining the Torchic club... Believe it or not, Torchic, cute as he is, isn't even one of my favorite Pokemon anymore

Haha no pressure but it's always great to see you upload stuff and your art. I don't really have to mention how cute this is right? XD I like the round eyes here and that detail in the lighting of it, it's super pleasing imo.

heh, lovely use of hues. the cell shading is great, and the purple is a splendid contrast with the torchic. and what a deep description and meaning to this.
