I saw the little preview thumbnail and it instantly caught my attention (maybe its just my love for dark things lmao) anyhow, this is super original and even though the style is rough, the values add so much and really make it pop where it needs to. Ive tried, but I always can never think of ideas or a I get frustrated with how it turns out and scrap it T_T I should just push through it though and try to see what I come up with lol, maybe Ill try that soonish, Ive been drawing a lot of random stuff lately and I wouldnβt mind a challenge haha

well, sometimes you just can't help but give something gratuitous amounts of weird <3
maybe you're thinking too much about the outcome of the designs? Unless I'm going for something specific I find it easier to just start making shapes and see where it takes me. it gives things kind of an unnatural and warped look, but that's sorta what I'm going for anyway so I think it works.... maybe... idk. follow bad tips at your own peril XD

I think thatβs my problem, Im scared to just go all out but I should try that...maybe next time I have some downtime to just sketch Ill try doing that as it would help me get out of my comfort zone ;v; haha ill take those tips over nothIng!! They are helpful omg

I think maybe the real problem could be because you're a perfectionist. While you might like rough paintings, you could never see yourself satisfied with leaving a picture so raw and unpolished, no? XD not saying that's a bad thing (actually it's hella good), but it can get in the way of pulling out those ideas hiding around in your head. I've been there ;-;
