Description
This is possibly my favorite model in the Imperial Guard, nay the entire Citadel range.The static pose and hand behind the back makes him look aloof and I also think his face looks just a tiny bit like Harrison Ford.
I'm not gay, I just like the Idea of Indiana Jones beating the crap out of Orks rather than Nazis.
Advanced and refined critique is encouraged, don't just say 'He lulz ur muddel is teh graetest!'

good job on the leather, trousers and red rim.
neat highlights and well layered.
then the white on the eldar... its not white...
the breatplate details look good but the silver itself is kind of dull. no dept or anything and it looks like the paint was to thick, but i dont know the model so i dont know if the texture should be there.
the details could have been better bij ginving the green on the cap for exaple a little highlight.

I'll look into the breastplate, see if I can give it a bit more shade. I might nt have had quite enough paint on the brush.
The Eldar helmet isn't supposed to be white, It's spposed to look muddy and worn by decades on the battlefield. Pure, crisp colours are for sissy Eldar and the Imperial Guard is only for MEN.

The stubble is a new technique I'm trying, my flesh tone is a basecoat of Tanned Flesh, highlighted first with a mixture of Dwarf Flesh and Codex Grey, the with a mixture of Dwarf flesh and Fortress Grey. The stubble was made by adding scorched Brown to the mid tone. If you wanted a lighter stubble you could use Graveyard Earth instead.

i think the eldar helm should be nice and clean with some mud on it like it came on there with still bright white spots. but ok thats my opinion.
