Description Out of all the characters that were revealed thus far, this one is the closest to being a 100% original design, since Irshi's looks weren't based on any historical depictions. Hope you like her!

Fae

A forest fae from someplace around the Middle East. Caring, mild, but also timid.

Possessing an unusual sensitivity to the deepest feelings of other creatures. Irshi is able to communicate even with those, whom she cannot converse with verbally, using the most universal of all languages: emotions.

At the beginning, she used to be distrustful of the human race, seeing them as not much more than strictly evil beings ruining everything around themselves, bereft of respect for all other living creatures they share this world with. Her outlook diametrically changed when, along with accompanying her animals, she was saved from a terrible forest fire that suddenly broke out on one night by a few brave young men. The inhabitants of the village the unexpected heroes came from have never encountered any magical beings before, and so, they treated Irshi like a deity, the embodiment of Mother Nature herself.

The fae then finally understood that people with clean hearts do indeed exist, as well as ones who live in peace with nature. She insisted they treated her not as a goddess but like an ally. She then taught the village folk many useful skills, and demonstrated even more ways in which they could live in harmony with the world surrounding them. In return, they offered her a new home near the very heart of their settlement.

Irshi lived, worked and played with people for half a decade.

On a certain morning, she was unexpectedly woken up by a freezing cold wind blow. When she opened her eyes, she saw that, strangely enough, there no longer was a roof on her little house. And so, she flew out of the hole in the ceiling. What she saw afterwards sent shivers down her spine.

The entire village was in ruins. Not a single living thing as far as the eye could see. The buildings looked as if they were abandoned for hundreds of years. Moreover, the nearby forest seemed way more vast than even before the memorable fire.

Utterly confused and distraught, Irshi spent the rest of the day investigating the remnants of the settlement, and once the Sun set, left it behind, to search for answers to tormenting her questions somewhere else.
