I finally have a refsheet for my Centien race WEEE.This is a closed race; though if you let me know your idea for one and you seem to understand what they are all about I probably wouldn't mind.
I don't mind at all if you draw one just let me know if you want to make one.
I'll type a desc out for them eventually; the one I made like 5 years ago is...dated.

They aren't insect or crustacean; a different category all together on their planet.
There are different subspecies of Centien but the ones illustrated here live on land!

Centien have always been doctors this doesn't have anything to do with any movie influence; it's part of the world they live in.

Aaah yea I've heard about that movie as I'm huge into horror movies but I was never interested in watching it. Haha I didn't get the connection at first so I was kinda confused.

I actually have on one of my computers a story involving what I imagined that movie actually being. It runs along the same line: Mad German doctor kidnaps three tourists and intends on making his fantasy of creating a human centipede a reality. After some insane DNA splicing procedures in which he creates three human/centipede hybrids which happen to be your centiens. He soon decides to attempt to train them only to have them fight back. The hybrids then EAT the doctor and escape with the intention of creating a new centien master race to keep the humans in line.

I don't know how I feel about letting others include the Centien in stories; especially those that stray so far away from their actual background. Centien lore is sacred as far as I'm concerned and I'm very protective over the critters and people I draw.
It would be best if you substituted a generic centipede hybrid instead of my Centien in your story. Centien are not centipedes they have no link to centipedes besides their aesthetic. Centien have many other arthropod attributes in them including harlequin beetles and preying mantis but they are still not related to those things because they live on an alien planet completely separate from Earth's ecosystem.

I actually sort of despise people like this and for a very specific reason.
Several of these people I have encountered on various sites have overreacted to offensive extremes. As far as I know, some of these people have been banned from their respective sites and others have not. Here are a few of the things they said: Again these people did these things because someone used their stuff in a way they did not like and were very protective of it.
One person called another a racist slur and said "Damn chinks, always stealing others copyrighted artwork!" Person was banned for racism.
Another compared the 'theft' of his characters to rape and when he was called out by an actual victim he said that she should suck it up because she probably asked for it and that what happened to him was worse. This one has not been banned.
A third one said "You think the jews had it bad during the holocaust? Just look at what this person did to my world!" Banned for offensive comment.
A forth said "Of course he stole my concepts! He's a n****r! N****rs always steal things!" Obviously banned for racist slurs.
Finally the most nasty one actually got so angry that someone used his ideas and characters that he DOXED the person including his SSN and sent endless numbers of nastygrams to the 'thief' which included death and bomb threats to both him and his family. This person was also banned.
Now I am not sure if some of these people were trolls but as you can see I have seen some very nasty people like this. So much to the point that I have been somewhat conditioned to view these people as hostile, anti-social, and dangerous to be around.
NOT that I am accusing you of being like this, I have realized that not everyone is like this. But I am sure you now understand why I have such a prejudice against these types of people. Plus a few people even on this site can get ugly too even if it is nowhere near these others I have mentioned. As an internet dweller I have seen it all practically.
This is why I am actually scared of mentioning things I am writing sometimes. I took a gamble when telling you of that story I am writing. I almost considered keeping it to myself and not tell anyone about it.
I guess if I do decide to post it here as is, it will probably be encrypted with the AES-256 Symmetric Block Cipher operating in Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode. This cipher has been approved by the NSA for protecting classified information up to the TOP SECRET Level (when used in an approved hardware secure cryptographic module). Or hide it as a digital watermark in my other artwork. (I hide quite a bit of content in the pictures I post, even entire files.)

I'm nothing like that and I don't want you using my Centien in any projects. Simply because my Centien and all of the creatures that I draw are like a second family to me; they've been around me for a very long time and I have a strong bond with them I don't want anyone using them for projects especially without asking first which you didn't do.
So please do not use my creatures; I especially don't want a story that is so completely out of context of who and what the Centien actually are to be uploaded. They are not yours to use and I want you to respect that; you have no idea how much these things mean to me they mean the WORLD to me.

They live in a lot of different environments. Mostly plains and very heavily forested areas with lots of stone like structures. Biomes are a lot different on the planet they live on though.

From the top part of the forehead to the lower pair of arms (first set of insect looking appendages) is 6 feet (about 2 meters) their whole bodies can be up and around 30 feet (around 9 meters) long. Their top half rises up off the ground at around 6 feet or so normally.
