In case you don't know who he is (le gasp), he's the badass goalie who allowed the Canadian Olympic team to snag a gold medal for the men's hockey
This was made to thank my therapist. He loves Luongo, like a vast majority of British Columbians do. Talking to me is actually enjoyable for him, he says, 'cause I'm on the mature side. Mature for fourteen anyways. It's a bittersweet thing, since my problems are solved now, but that also means I won't be seeing him again for who knows how long.

Ref found on Google, somewhere, someplace... I took out a player in the background though, and changed the uniform of the player in front to match that of his other favourite team, the Ottawa Senators.
Oh, and the bottom portion is not strangely darker in real life. I'm not sure why it turned out that way.

Ah, I was just angry when USA scored a tying goal, just like everyone else watching on the huge screens outside.

It was crossing this road bridge and heard it 'hissing' at somebody 'cause they tried to scare it off.

didnt know you were a pretty adept water colour artist, I majorly suck at water colours I feel so ashamed I could never quite put that expensive water colour set to good use

Matthew Lush and Luongo pieces were actually going at the same time. Priority wise, it was the Luongo. But Matthew Lush took up my attention and I used colour pencils for that one, so it took waaaay longer that expected, and poor Luongo stayed under the I Spy book and textbooks I use to keep paintings flat.
Yeppers, that's quite annoying. Do you still play the piano? I remember it sitting next to a tower of cds that got knocked over one time :]

Ah but I don't stretch my watercolour paper... tried and failed, since I don't have the real equipment required. So keep my paintings under weights is the main way to keep them flat.

Hahah the fail stretching attempt happened to be for my Half-Assed painting... xD I'm kinda sad for the Hey one 'cause I used the crappier watercolours for it, and the colours couldn't get dark enough.
