the new assassins creed that is coming out late this year is going to be all about Desmond. watch the ending to the game and you will see what it is all about.

No it wont, theyve confirmed that itll revisit another historical period (thank god). Im sorry but desmond and his story is the least interesting part of assassins creed for me (it could not exist at all and i wouldnt care). Desmond and his group are mainly one-dimensional and how would an all Desmond game operate in a world with guns. Plus AC for me is always about the history which you wont get in some boring near-future world.

the whole game or at least most of it is going to be about a half native american and half european man named Conor. it takes place during the american revolution and looks like a pretty awesome game. there is also going to be 3 collector editions for the game: join or die , freedom , and signature editions.

I know that. I was pointing out that it was not going to be 'all about desmond' and thank goodness because that would suck. I always felt his story was tacked on to connect all of the other actually interesting stories.

As in say that his storyline is fairly terrible/boring/bland. Thats my opinion but i dont see how anyone can be intrigued by those characters. For me, its all about the historical setting. An all-desmond game would suck and i would not buy it.

i agree with you that it would be pretty boring if it were to be a game just about him, but i think that it would have a lot of meaning to the game. they could probably make a better storyline and make more people like desmond, like yourself if they added more about him and his backround.
