I actually don't lovee Gir, I love THE SHOW! Some... ALL Gir lovers don't even care about the show, they think that Gir is so cool cute and random, hahaha... no. I like Gir, I don't hate him, but seriously...+ =

Very true, but at the same time Gir is one of those characters that you can't just eliminate from the show. You can still love the show and love Gir.

Thankyou! I actually got a few of my then-friends into the show and of course only like it because of GIR. They couldn't even name any other characters besides the main characters. And this was at the time they were "watching" the show!

Seriously? Does people think he is THAT phenomenal My favorite character is Zim, because not only is he a psychopath (which I love), but he's also hilarious and laid back. 
Gir I like too, but not ONLY him. I have a Gir T-shirt, but that's only because it's the closest to IZ I can find. I actually want a Zim t-shirt but there is nothing of the such NOOOOOOTHHIIIIIINGG!
But seriously, he's not THAT awesome. I think he's hilarious but he's definitely NOT making the show. There would almost be no difference without the guy

I absolutely agree with you here! Yes, Gir certainly steals the show with his comedic antics and cute qualities, but there's much, much, MUCH more to this brilliant cartoon than just him! Zim is funny is his own way, Dib is funny in his own way, the setting is very creative, and everything and everyone in this show and in the show's production staff is what makes "Invader Zim" so great!

Seriously, Hot Topic LITERALLY only sells Gir items. (If you're lucky, you might find one other character shirt.) I only have two IZ shirts and they both have Zim on it. (I won't buy one with just Gir on it, it just annoys me for some reason ._.) I want a Dib shirt SOO BAD! But I can't find one anywhere!

I got them at Hot Topic like a year ago, but I don't think they sell them anymore. You can get some from WeLoveFine's website (i have the who's who one) and eBay's always a good place to look! c:

Everyone knows Gir cause all you freakin see in Hot Topic is Gir. EVERYWHERE. ALL GIR. Invader Zim (more just Gir) has been turned into a hipster fashion label, I'm sure most of the younger hipsters wearing Gir stuff don't even know it was a show from back in the day, it irks me to no end

Dib is my favorite. Gir gets on my nerves... ALOT. He's cute sometimes, but other times it's just like... "SHUT. UP." I hate that the only Invader Zim stuff at Hot Topic is Gir. I only got a Gir hat because it shows I like Invader Zim(I have to have a product from every show I LOVE LOVE).

I used to love GIR like crazy, but the difference between me and GIRtards was that I actually watched the show and enjoyed other characters! After a while my love started shifting to Zim and the Tallest. Zim is my favorite now and GIR is still funny, but come on... move some of the focus away from him. Especially Hot Topic!!!

I agree. Gir is the most overrated cartoon character I've ever seen. I'm sick of Hot Topic being dedicated to him, I'm sick of his fan-gags, and I'm sick of all he other IZ characters being pushed away. My favorites are Gaz, Tak, and Keef

This needed to be made. Gir's somewhat amusing, but I love Zim so much more than him. I love Dib and Gaz more than him. GIR actually annoys the crap out of me... whenever I write fanfiction, I hardly mention GIR. Either he's watching TV or gone somewhere and Zim doesn't know where.
I watch the show for ZIM, the star, not the weird robot in the green dog costume.

To meh gaz, the tallest, zim, and gir and the most charming characters in invaderZIM. (and the frabulator from HOBO 13) They should be given more credit.
